Take your frozen edamame pods, throw them in a skillet with olive oil and lots of sliced fresh garlic. Saute until warm inside then cover with Sea Salt. You can eat it hot or cold. Really yummy and not much fat or calories.

Terri fixed these for us recently when we visited her in CA. They are yummy. Now, most of you may already know this, but for dummies like me . . . you just eat the beans inside -- not the whole pod!
