If you're in the mood for some really good Christian fiction stories, Francine Rivers is a great author.
Redeeming Love is a fictional parallel to the book of Hosea in the Bible. It's set back in the frontier days just after the Gold Rush. A man named Michael Hosea falls in love with a girl named Angel who happens to be a prostitute. She was sold into prostitution when she was 8 years old, so to her "love" is a dirty word. This is a really good book that tells her struggles with finding out what real love is and who God is, and about how Michael learns to trust in God and to show God's love to someone who doesn't know what that means.

This is one of my favorite books! I think we must like the same kind of books. I noticed you had a Jodi Picoult book on your list too. She is amazing! I don't know if you've read anymore, but I loved every one of her books that she has ever written. The newest one, 19 Minutes, is really good.
