Pepperoni Quiche

5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
3 oz. sliced pepperoni
garlic salt to taste
pinch or two of your favorite Italian seasoning
(fresh basil is nice, too!)

Layer cheese and pepperoni on bottom of casserole dish or deep 9-inch pie plate.  Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour on top.  Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until firm.
