Fiesta Corn

2 eggs
1 cup cornmeal
1 (17 oz) can cream corn
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 6 cup casserole dish, set aside. Beat eggs lightly in a med bowl, stir in cornmeal. Add the corn, milk, margarine, baking soda & salt. Place corn mixture in prepared casserole dish. Add 1/2 the cheese and all of the chilies. Add remaining corn mixture & top with remaining cheese.
Bake 45minutes or until set. Cut into wedges or spoon out.
Serves 6
